Salted Caramel Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookies

Alright, you wanted it, you got it! And let me tell you, if you make these once, I can guarantee you will do it again. They are just too good NOT to make. They were really easy and fast to make too! You know I like easy and fast recipes.

I also had 2 helpers on this one so maybe that helped.

 Ingredients:
3/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla extract

2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. caramel bits
1/2 c. crushed pretzels

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy and light in color. Mix in egg and vanilla.
3. Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, caramel bits, and crushed pretzels.
4. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough onto baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until barely golden around the edges.

Cool them completely. But they are lovely to enjoy while still so warm.

I think the goofy face says how he feels about the cookies.

As usual, Jacob didn't want to try the cookies.

soft, warm. chewy, deliciousness.
I hope y'all enjoy as much as we have been.
