Upcycled Wreath

I am all for upcycling, recycling and bicycling. However, this one has to do with the upcycling part. I was very eager to make a fall wreath for my front door. But I also wanted to make one on a budget. All I ought at Hobby Lobby was the ribbon and flowers. Literally, $3 total. The best part about this was that when Thanksgiving is over, I can take off the brown and my silver ribbon will still be there. I just need to add my red bows back on, and BAM. Its Christmas! Anyways here is how I made it, with no sew, no glue, no problemo.
This is the fabric i bought at Hobby Lobby. Fun!

This is my Christmas wreath with my red bows removed.

And I started wrapping. Evenly.

When I got to the top, I still had room to spare with the fabric.

I made it long enough to hang from my door hanger.

Here is the no sew, no glue. I pinned it. With my sewing pins!! Brilliant! They are tucked underneath so no one will ever be the wiser.

Very fall-ish, right? I pinned those too. There was only 4 so I put them in a small bundle on the side of the wreath.

Ta-da!! Oh, I realized that I left too much excess ribbon at the top for the wreath to hang from , so I wrapped it a few more times so it wasn't hanging too low on the front of my door. I wanted the peep hole to be right in the middle of it.

Here it is on the front door! I love it because it is simple, it was easy to make, and very fall!  I also want to give props to  the decalfarm on etsy. That is where I got my "Welcome" sign. Super cheap and they have TONS of decals. I also bought some for my trash but thats for another day, another post.
So what do you think? Please let me know, I would love to hear from you!
